Eleven layouts across 287 freehold units on Levels 14 to 41. Every plan, every unit count, and what each one is actually good for.
A few things worth knowing before you scroll. The tower is dominated by one-bedroom stock — 167 of the 287 units are dual-key layouts between 506 and 527 sq ft, built to be let as two separate tenancies. There is exactly one three-bedroom layout in the whole building, the 840 sq ft D1a, and only 19 of them exist. If you want space, that is the unit, and it is the one that runs out first.

The tower has effectively four addresses. The A and D1a stack faces the Straits of Johor — the Singapore-facing side, and the view people pay a premium for. B faces Jalan Wong Ah Fook, looking over the heritage shophouse rows and City Square. C faces the Public Bank Tower, the most sheltered and generally the most affordable side. D2 faces Jalan Trus.
Two independent lobbies serve Jalan Trus and Jalan Wong Ah Fook, which matters more than it sounds: it splits resident traffic away from the hotel floors below.
Letting to a single professional or a couple. A2 at 409 sq ft is the lowest entry price in the building and the easiest to fill, but it is also the layout with the most direct competition inside the tower. A1 and A1a at 570 sq ft give you the Straits view, which is the thing a tenant will actually pay extra for.
Two rental streams from one unit. This is what B1, B2, C1, C1b and D2 are built for — one title, two lockable units, two tenancies. B1 is the one to look at: it is the only dual-key that opens up to three bedrooms, and at 54 units there is still reasonable choice of level. D2 is the largest dual-key pool at 57 units, which cuts both ways — more choice now, more competition when you let or sell.
Living in it. D1a is the only realistic answer. Three bedrooms, 840 sq ft, Straits-facing, 19 units in the building. Everything else in the tower is sized for one or two people.
One thing to be honest about: a dual-key unit is a yield tool, not a free upgrade. Two tenancies means two sets of turnover, two sets of wear, and a smaller usable area in each half than the square footage suggests. It works well in a location with genuine short-stay and cross-border rental demand, which this one has — but run the numbers on one tenancy as well, so you know what the floor looks like.
167 of the 287 units, across five layouts: B1, B2, C1, C1b and D2. B1 is the only one that configures up to three bedrooms.
Type D1a at 840 sq ft, a three-bedroom two-bathroom layout facing the Straits of Johor. There are 19 of them, and it is the only three-bedroom layout in the building.
Type A2 at 409 sq ft, a one-bedroom one-bathroom layout facing the Straits of Johor. There are 26 units.
The Straits of Johor facing stack: A1, A1a, A1b, A2 and D1a — 101 units in total out of 287.
Levels 14 to 41. Basement to Level 1 is retail, Levels 2 to 13 are a managed hotel, Levels 22 and 22A are the amenity floor, and parking occupies Levels 2 to 21 on an automated system.
